WEEX Voucher Center: Your All-in-One Voucher Hub

In an ever-evolving crypto landscape, where trading rewards are becoming increasingly diverse, efficiency and convenience are paramount. To streamline the user experience, WEEX introduces the Voucher Center — a comprehensive, user-friendly dashboard designed to centralize all your earned vouchers. Now, managing and redeeming rewards is simpler than ever, with everything you need accessible at a glance.
The new WEEX Voucher Center simplifies everything by collecting all your Futures Bonuses, Coupons, and Position Airdrop in one place. You can easily view, manage, and use your vouchers anytime, making every reward within reach.
This article will explain what the Voucher Center is, the voucher types it includes, how to use it, and answers to common questions.
What is the WEEX Voucher Center?
The Voucher Center is WEEX’s one-stop hub for managing your vouchers. Here, you can view vouchers marked as “Available,” “Used,” “Expired,” or “Unavailable,” check each voucher’s purpose, face value, and validity period, and easily manage and use them. Currently supported voucher types include Futures Bonus, Coupon, Position Airdrops.
Vouchers can be obtained through various channels, including new user bonuses, campaign rewards, and benefit airdrops. You will receive both on-site and email notifications upon issuance—please stay vigilant to ensure you don’t miss the expiration dates.
The three voucher types in WEEX Voucher Center
1.Futures Bonus
I.Definition: Futures Bonus is a virtual fund issued by WEEX. It can be used in futures trading to offset fees, cover losses, and serve as margin.
II.Voucher activation: After receiving a Futures Bonus voucher, find it in the “Available” list of the Voucher Center and click “Claim” to use it.
III.How to use:
- For Futures trading only
- Can be used as margin
- Automatically used first for fees, losses, and funding
- Non-withdrawable, but profits earned are withdrawable
2.Coupon
I.Definition: Coupons can be used to offset trading fees or certain platform charges (such as maker/taker fees and funding fees) to reduce trading costs.
II.Voucher activation: After receiving a Coupon voucher, find it in the “Available” list of the Voucher Center and click “Claim” to use it.
III.How to use:
- For Futures trading only
- Used to offset fees, losses, and funding fees
- Non-withdrawable, but profits generated are withdrawable
- Applied before the Futures Bonus
3.Position Airdrop
I.Definition: The Position Airdrop is a special voucher that allows users to open a long or short futures position (placed at market price).
II.Voucher activation: After receiving a Position Airdrop voucher, find it in the “Available” list of the Voucher Center, click “Claim,” and choose long or short to receive the corresponding futures position.
III.How to use:
- Automatically places a market order with preset parameters to create a real position
- Can be managed like a normal position: close, adjust, add margin, change leverage, or set TP/SL
- After closing, any unused Futures Bonus remains valid within its validity period
How to manage WEEX Voucher Center
Web
1)When logged in, click “Vouchers” in the profile menu to enter the Voucher Center, as shown below.
2)In the “Available” list, find the voucher you want to use and click “Claim” to activate it.

3)In this example, after a Coupon voucher is activated, you can check your Coupon balance in your futures account.

4)At the same time, used voucher will appear in the “Unavailable” list and be marked as “Used.”

APP
1.When logged in, click “Promotions” as shown below, then click “Vouchers” to enter the Voucher Center.
2.In the “Available” list, find the voucher you want to use and click “Claim” to activate it.
3.In this example, once a Coupon voucher is activated, you can check your Coupon balance in your futures account.
4.Used vouchers will appear in the “Unavailable” list and be marked as “Used.”

FAQ
1.Can I use a voucher after it expires?
No..Please note each voucher’s validity period and use it before it expires.
2.Can I transfer my vouchers to other users?
No. Vouchers are bound to your account and are non-transferable.
3。Why does my voucher show “Unavailable”? If a user violates platform rules or engages in malicious behavior, the platform reserves the right to revoke voucher usage permissions.
