Astar Network: Asset Center Migration to Start Next Week, Entering Maintenance Mode

From November 3rd to 7th, Astar Network will enter maintenance mode. DOT balance, staking, and governance functions will be migrated from the Polkadot Relay Chain to the Asset Center.
