Bitcoin Core 32.0 Enters Candidate Version Testing, Aiming for Release on October 10
Prefer us on GoogleBitcoin Core 32.0 is currently undergoing candidate version testing, with developers planning to release it on October 10. This version accelerates block validation by reading database data in parallel, but does not change the block generation speed. Four wallet commands will default to the updated partially signed transaction format, while the old format will still be available upon request. Additionally, a security patch prevents specially crafted wallet names from executing commands on non-Windows nodes and reduces memory growth caused by unauthenticated HTTP from approximately 3.2GB to about 3MB.
