Capital B Completes €21 Million Targeted Capital Increase with Participation from Adam Back and TOBAM
Capital B has issued approximately 36.22 million shares with attached warrants (ABSA) to global institutional investors at a price of €0.58 per share, raising approximately €21 million, with a net fundraising of about €19.9 million after deducting related expenses. Strategic investors include early Bitcoin developer Adam Back and asset management firm TOBAM, with Maxim Group serving as the exclusive placement agent. Capital B is a French Bitcoin reserve public company primarily advancing a Bitcoin treasury strategy, and this round of funding is intended for the further acquisition of approximately 270 Bitcoins, which will increase its Bitcoin holdings to around 3,415 after the transaction is completed.
