Circle Presents Scenario Valuing Company at $75 Billion by 2030
A scenario has been presented that values Circle ($CRCL) at $75 billion by 2030. This scenario assumes the expansion of the stablecoin market and the maintenance of USD Coin (USDC) market share, but the outcome may vary due to increased competition and profitability pressures. Matt Hogan from Bitwise proposed a business valuation model based on an assumption that the stablecoin market will reach $1.9 trillion by 2030, with a 25% market share for USD Coin and a net margin of 0.8%. Circle reported that in the second quarter of 2026, the circulating supply of USD Coin reached $73.3 billion, and on-chain transaction volume hit $14.8 trillion. Total revenue was $707 million, with a net profit of $48 million. Just because the current market share is similar to the assumptions does not automatically support the 2030 valuation. Circle's evaluation may differ depending on whether it is viewed as an issuer reliant on reserve management income or as an infrastructure company combining regulation and blockchain functionality. Circle recorded other revenues of $34 million in the second quarter and raised its guidance for other revenues for the fiscal year 2026 to between $310 million and $330 million. Circle is set to launch the Arc public mainnet on September 16.
