Circle to Host Arc Mainnet Launch Live Event on September 16
Circle has announced that the Arc mainnet will officially launch on September 16, with a launch event and live stream taking place in New York. The event will focus on institutional finance, global capital flows, 24/7 markets, and the Agent economy, showcasing the products and applications available on the first day of the Arc mainnet. The live event will feature representatives from institutions and projects including BlackRock, DTCC, Aave, SBI Group, Morpho, Ripio, Extended, a16z, and Circle. The developer warm-up session will begin at 11:30 AM ET on September 16 and continue until 1:30 PM, featuring developer discussions, product demonstrations, and partner introductions; the main stage live stream will officially start at 2:00 PM and is expected to last until 3:45 PM. Circle stated that developers can currently build on the Arc testnet, and after the mainnet launch, further exploration of applications in institutional finance, global payments, and Agentic Commerce will take place.
