CryptoQuant CEO predicts BTC to rise 3-5x in current bull cycle
CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju predicts that BTC is likely to rise threefold to fivefold in the current bull cycle, contrasting with past cycles where increases exceeded 10x. He anticipates that any future bear market will be milder. Ki noted that Bitcoin's smaller market size and reliance on retail investors previously made it vulnerable to short-term speculative capital, leading to sharp gains followed by declines of up to 80%. However, as the BTC market has matured and institutional participation has increased, volatility has decreased on both sides. While market maturity may reduce the chances of explosive gains seen in earlier cycles, it also lowers the risk of significant crashes, making the BTC market more suitable for long-term investment. Ki suggested that if BTC evolves into a stable asset widely used as a real currency, it could reshape the world significantly.
