DeepSeek Founder Liang Wenfeng's Wealth Reaches $36 Billion After Financing, Surpassing Dario Amodei and Greg Brockman

After completing its latest round of financing, DeepSeek's founder Liang Wenfeng has seen his personal wealth more than double to $36 billion, making him the richest among the founders of global AI large models. Previously, his wealth was approximately $16.7 billion, now surpassing Anthropic co-founder Dario Amodei and OpenAI co-founder Greg Brockman. This comparison only includes companies whose main business and most of their revenue come directly from AI large models, excluding diversified tech giants like Alibaba and Tencent, as well as AI industry chain-related companies such as data centers and semiconductors. The majority of Liang Wenfeng's wealth comes from his controlling stake in DeepSeek. In June of this year, DeepSeek completed a financing round of 50 billion yuan, with the company's valuation exceeding 330 billion yuan. Liang invested 20 billion yuan, resulting in his shareholding being diluted to approximately 78%.
