EVA incurred losses of 1 billion UAH due to missile strike in Brovary
The EVA retail chain suffered losses of about 1 billion UAH due to a Russian missile hitting the company's distribution center in Brovary. Ruslan Shostak, president of the TERWIN corporation and co-owner of LLC "Rush," reported that no one was injured during the shelling; however, this incident revealed systemic issues in firefighting after air attacks. Shostak noted that over the 4.5 years of war, the company has lost five large warehouses and 15 stores, a significant portion of which were destroyed not at the moment of impact. He believes that about half of the infrastructure losses could have been avoided with modern technologies already in use on the front lines. Shostak proposed the widespread use of specialized work and drones for initial firefighting during air alerts. He urged the government to develop a program to attract robotic complexes for the State Emergency Service units to minimize the economic damage from enemy attacks.
