According to The Block, Grayscale has submitted an S-1 application to the U.S. SEC, planning to launch the Grayscale HYPE ETF (ticker: GHYP). This fund aims to track the spot price of the Hyperliquid (HYPE) token and is intended to be listed on Nasdaq, with custody provided by Coinbase Custody.

The current document clearly states that HYPE staking functionality will not be provided at this time, but it reserves the possibility of staking in the future upon meeting certain conditions.
