According to CCTV News, on April 1, the office of the Supreme Leader of Iran released excerpts of the first speech by Supreme Leader Mujtaba Khamenei on social media, reiterating the continuation of the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz as a countermeasure.

The office of the Supreme Leader of Iran also released content from the speech stating that Iran is studying the opening of "other potential fronts," believing that the opponent "lacks experience and has obvious weaknesses" in relevant areas. If the conflict continues, after a comprehensive consideration of relevant factors, "these fronts will be activated."
