Iranian Lawmaker Calls on the U.S. to Recognize New Management System in the Strait of Hormuz

After the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced strikes on 85 U.S. military facilities in the region, Ibrahim Azizi, chairman of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, stated that the United States must recognize the new management system in the Strait of Hormuz. In comments on social media regarding the Revolutionary Guard's so-called "preliminary response" to U.S. aggression, he emphasized that there is no alternative but to acknowledge the new Iranian regime.
