This strategic investment marks the foundation's key deployment in next-generation intelligent governance infrastructure.

ARK DeFAI is building a modular Web3 AI infrastructure system, deeply integrating DAO governance mechanisms into model training, deployment, and behavioral decision-making processes, achieving a true "co-built intelligence."
