Strive Launches Bitcoin Vault Preferred Stock Income ETF
Strive has launched the T-Strive Digital Credit Preferred Income ETF, which will invest at least 80% of its assets in preferred stocks and related derivatives issued by Bitcoin vault companies. This actively managed ETF will initially focus on the variable rate A series perpetual Stretch preferred stock STRC and Strive's variable rate A series perpetual preferred stock SATA, with an initial weight roughly equal, and can be dynamically adjusted based on yield, valuation, liquidity, and financing environment. The fund can tactically leverage when preferred stocks fall below par, using total return swaps and selling put options at acceptable prices. This product is positioned to capture current income through the preferred stock layer in the capital structure of Bitcoin vault companies, without directly holding Bitcoin.
