Testing Priority for Trucks in 'єЧерга' Starting July 17, 2026

Starting July 17, 2026, the 'єЧерга' system will begin testing a new priority mechanism for freight vehicles crossing the state border. Companies with the status of authorized economic operators, as well as shipments using transit declarations T1 and the TIR Carnet, will receive priority. The testing will start at 9:00 AM and will apply to trucks weighing over 3.5 tons at all border crossing points. The mechanism will operate on a 3:5 principle, meaning that after five non-priority trucks, three priority vehicles will be allowed to pass. Currently, there are 128 companies in Ukraine with the status of authorized economic operator. Preparations are also underway for the launch of the electronic 'єЧерга' system for passenger cars, with a pilot launch planned for the summer at two border crossing points.
