Bitcoin ETF Rebounds, Ethereum ETF Sees Stronger Fund Recovery
The Bitcoin (BTC) spot ETF has broken an eight-week streak of outflows and is continuing its upward trend, while the Ethereum (ETH) ETF has shown stronger recovery in weekly fund inflows. Institutional funds are flowing back in, signaling a recovery phase for the cryptocurrency ETF market. The Bitcoin ETF had seen a streak of inflows since mid-July, but on Monday, there was a significant outflow of $424.66 million. Following this, investor sentiment shifted, leading to inflows of $181 million on Tuesday, $107.8 million on Wednesday, $79.15 million on Thursday, and $132.3 million on Friday. This resulted in a total net inflow of approximately $75.67 million for the week. The Ethereum ETF saw a total inflow of $10.54 million last week, marking two consecutive weeks of net inflows. It started the week with a net outflow of $15.41 million on Monday, but reversed the trend with inflows of $58.34 million on Tuesday, $53.83 million on Wednesday, and $36.73 million on Friday. The Ethereum ETF had experienced eight consecutive weeks of outflows but has recently rebounded to a level of $11.08 billion. Both the Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs are showing gradual recovery after escaping a phase of significant outflows, but it is still too early for a full upward trend.
