Combat Operations Map in Ukraine as of July 17, 2026
The 1605th day of the war in Ukraine. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there were 249 combat clashes in one day. The enemy launched one missile strike, used eight missiles, conducted 85 airstrikes, and dropped 265 guided aerial bombs. They also deployed 9,920 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,110 shellings. The defense forces struck 18 areas of enemy troop concentration and two important enemy facilities. In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the occupiers carried out one airstrike and conducted 65 shellings. In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy attacked positions near Starytsia and other settlements 19 times. In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted three assaults. In the Lyman direction, the enemy attempted to attack ten times. In the Sloviansk direction, there were 23 assaults towards Kryvyi Rih and other settlements. In the Kramatorsk direction, there was one attack towards Tykhonivka. In the Konstantynivka direction, there were 20 attacks. In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 37 assault actions. In the Oleksandrivka direction, there were two attacks towards Voronoe. In the Huliaipole direction, there were 17 attacks. In the Orikhiv direction, there were ten assaults. In the Dnipro direction, no offensive actions were conducted. In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of offensive groupings were detected.
