Instinct Completes $1 Billion Series C Funding, Valuation Reaches $10 Billion

AI assistant startup Instinct has completed a $1 billion Series C funding round, with investors including Sequoia Capital, Benchmark Capital, and Coatue, bringing its valuation to $10 billion. The company had previously raised funds at a valuation of $2.5 billion just a month ago. Instinct is a consumer-grade AI agent capable of answering questions, engaging in conversations, and performing practical tasks for users, such as booking travel and restaurants, shopping, paying bills, canceling subscriptions, conducting research, and ordering groceries. Instinct communicates with users via text messages and currently does not have a mobile app, nor has it disclosed user data or growth metrics.
