CoinFerenceX and The Best Event to Launch Joint Web3 Summit in Singapore
- CoinFerenceX The Best Event Singapore will take place on October 5-6, 2026, at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore.
- The summit will occur during Asia Crypto Week and aims to serve as an alternative venue during TOKEN2049.
- Organizers expect over 4,000 participants, 500+ venture investors, and 400+ partners from the ecosystem and media.
CoinFerenceX and The Best Event have announced a partnership to launch CoinFerenceX The Best Event Singapore—a two-day Web3 summit with a decentralized program formation model. This was reported by the event organizers to Incrypted.
The event will take place on October 5-6, 2026, at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore during Asia Crypto Week. The organizers position it as an alternative venue during TOKEN2049.
The press release states that CoinFerenceX is a series of Web3 conferences known for its audience selection of founders, investors, and developers. The Best Event is an event organization group that has conducted over 80 offline events in more than 10 cities worldwide.
The partnership combines CoinFerenceX's expertise in content and community engagement with The Best Event's experience in hosting large-scale events and attracting sponsors. According to the organizers, together they are creating "an event that no one else can build," as stated in the announcement.
The main distinction of the conference is its decentralized model. The two-day event is shaped directly by market participants rather than imposed by the organizers.
Unlike traditional conferences that sell booths and speaking slots, CoinFerenceX and The Best Event invite founders, funds, and ecosystem leaders to shape the agenda themselves. They will determine which topics are important and which developers should take the stage.
The organizers will handle logistics and technical support, while the event's direction will be defined by Web3 players interested in advancing the industry. The idea is to create a gathering made by those who drive the ecosystem forward and for those who develop it.
The Best Event has conducted over 80 events and has a presence in more than 10 cities worldwide. The company claims over 50 million annual organic impressions and over 1 billion social media reach. Attendance at The Best Event's events has increased from 35,000 in 2025 to a projected 70,000 in 2026.
Four Directions of the Summit
The joint summit is built around four thematic directions:
- The Leaders Summit—an invitation-only closed meeting for C-level executives where management solutions and strategic partnerships are formed;
- Protocol Deep Dives—technical workshops where protocols showcase their real developments and products;
- The Founders' Den—a platform for early-stage founders to present projects to 200+ venture investors;
- The Innovation Showcase—live demonstrations of products from recognized market players and new protocols.
Early indicators for the Singapore event suggest the involvement of over 4,000 selected participants, 500+ venture investors, 400+ partners from the ecosystem and media, 85+ C-level speakers, and over 8,000 total registrations.
As with previous CoinFerenceX events, about 60% of attendees will be top executives and founders.
The organizers note that the program will be developed collaboratively with founders and market leaders. The main focus will be on sessions with practical benefits and substantive content rather than on presentations from star speakers.
CoinFerenceX co-founder Prince Gupta noted that the Singapore summit will be the largest in their history and will help convert the energy of participants into real deals. Meanwhile, The Best Event co-founder Tobias Bauer emphasized that combining expert content with a reach of 50,000 visitors annually will allow for one of the most powerful Web3 conferences in the market to be held in Singapore.
Tickets for the event can be purchased via the link.
