Jim Cramer: Nvidia Remains at the Core of the AI Industry
On July 7, CNBC stock commentator Jim Cramer stated that despite weakening market sentiment towards Nvidia and continuous pressure on its stock price, Nvidia remains central to the AI industry. He believes that the market's sell-off of Nvidia has been excessive, with its forward price-to-earnings ratio dropping to its lowest level this year. Cramer pointed out that while some companies, including the Chinese AI firm DeepSeek, are developing their own AI chips, they still heavily rely on Nvidia's technology and have not seen any signs indicating that Nvidia will lose its industry-leading position. Additionally, he mentioned that some investors recently sold Nvidia shares to free up capital for other tech stocks, including the newly listed SpaceX.
