大冰要抄底(专注交易) Predicts Fed Decision Impact on S&P
According to Twitter user 大冰要抄底(专注交易), JPMorgan has simulated the Federal Reserve's decision, predicting five possible outcomes and their impact on the S&P. 1. No rate hike, S&P could rise by 1.25% to 1.75%; 2. A 25 basis point hike with no discussion on future policy, S&P could rise by 0.25% to 0.75%; 3. A 25 basis point hike and cancellation of next year's rate cut plan, S&P could rise by 0.50% to 1%; 4. A 25 basis point hike interpreted by the market as needing higher rates for a longer term, S&P could fall by 0.25% to 1%; 5. A 25 basis point hike with a clear statement that rates need to rise significantly, S&P could fall by 1% to 2%. Most people expect the second scenario to occur.
