Hyperscale Data Establishes New Subsidiary Patriot BTC to Operate Bitcoin Mining Business
Hyperscale Data has announced the establishment of a new subsidiary, Patriot BTC, which will focus on independently operating its Bitcoin mining business and related assets. As part of the transaction, Hyperscale Data plans to transfer all operational assets from its cryptocurrency mining business to Patriot BTC, including data centers located in Montana, Bitcoin mining machines, mining equipment, and related infrastructure. This asset transfer aims to strategically separate the Bitcoin mining business from the artificial intelligence data center located in Michigan.
