US Debt Crisis Intensifies Capital Outflow, Bitcoin Options Bet on $100,000 by 2026
The rise in the US primary deficit has triggered a flow of funds towards safe-haven assets. Although rising yields typically disadvantage non-yielding assets, debt concerns have supported a 23% increase in Bitcoin this month. In the Bitcoin options market, the nominal value of call options with strike prices between $80,000 and $100,000 has reached tens of billions of dollars, indicating that funds are heavily betting on BTC surpassing the $100,000 mark in the last four months of 2026. This phenomenon reflects a clear market expectation regarding future price trajectories.
